A Study on Influence of the Occupational Therapist¡¯s Sleep Quality on Job Commitment

Abstract
Objective : The aim of this study was to identify the correlation between sleep quality correlation between job commitment of occupational therapists. and influence of the sleep quality on job commitment. Through this, we aimed to emphasize the importance of sleep quality and provide the basis for the sleep quality to improvement job commitment.

Methods : The survey was conducted from February 1 to February 24, 2023. Total 151 occupational therapists measure for sleep quality and job commitment. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0.

Results : First, sleep quality of averaged score was low. Second, sleep quality was significant negative correlated between job commitment. Third, sleep quality was found to have affected the job commitment.

Conclusion : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of sleep quality in occupational therapist¡¯s on job commitment and provide the basis for the sleep quality to improvement job commitment. In conclusion, sleep quality affected job commitment. Based on this results, it is expected that the importance sleep quality will be recognized and considered as a criterion for improvement job commitment.
